Shipping Policy

Because every portrait is custom illustrated, each order goes through a short studio process before it ships. Here’s what to expect.

Production time

• Digital proof: 1–2 business days after you upload your photo.
• Revisions: one round of complimentary revisions, typically within 1 business day.
• Printing & framing: 2–5 business days after proof approval.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only.

• United States: 3–5 business days via standard shipping.

These are estimates from our print and fulfillment partners, not guarantees. Carrier delays can happen.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $125.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking. If tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ days, email us and we’ll chase it down with the carrier.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Photos of the damaged packaging and product are appreciated.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to cover reshipping costs for packages returned due to an incorrect address.
