What kind of photo should I upload?

A well-lit, front-facing, in-focus photo works best — phone photos are perfect. Natural daylight, no harsh shadows, and a clear view of the face. If your photo isn't quite right, we'll email you before starting.

How long until my portrait arrives?

Most orders ship within 7–10 business days. You'll get an email when your portrait moves into illustration, again when it ships, and tracking is included.

What if I don't like it?

We'll work with you until it's right. If you're still not happy after revisions, we offer a full refund on the illustration. Custom items are otherwise final sale.

Because each portrait is made to order, all custom products are final sale. We stand behind our work — if anything is damaged in transit or doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll replace it free of charge.
